Please use your IDM username and password to login to docDaten.
You already have an IDM-user if you are or were enrolled or employed at FAU.
After activating your user ID in the IdM-Self Service (https://www.idm.fau.de), you can use it at www.docdaten.uni-erlangen.de to see your data. If you are an external doctoral candidate or wish to change some of your data, please send an email to graduateschool@fau.de. More features will be released gradually.

As an employee of the FAU, you can find the user ID and password in the activation of your user-info-letter, students will find this information on the student card.

Before you can log in to docDaten, you have to activate your user ID in the IdM self-service, accessible at www.idm.fau.de/go/activation/index?lang=en. Enter your user ID and password to activate the appropriate fields.

If you have not yet an IdM ID, please contact the service counters of RRZE, where you get to your user-identification information letter. You can find the service counters at the following locations:
